Our booking terms and conditions:
All bookings are subject to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB).
Below you’ll find a brief overview of our cancellation policy, as well as additional information regarding our house rules and travel insurance.
Summary of cancellation terms:
- Within 24 hours after booking: free of charge
- Up to 8 weeks before arrival: no cancellation fees
- Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 40 % of the booking price
- Up to 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the booking price
- From one week before arrival or no-show: 100 % of the booking price
- We charge a processing fee of EUR 50,– per booked apartment for cancellations.

We recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance to protect yourself against possible costs arising from cancellation or interruption of your stay.
