Reservations
We gladly accept reservations online. Please be aware that an online booking is not valid until you receive a written confirmation from us. We recommend taking out a travel insurance.
Cancellation

In addition to that, we generally charge a cancellation service fee of 20 Euros per cancelled apartment.

Day of arrival in Serfaus
When entering Serfaus, stay on the main road for 500 m; turn left at the church into Kirchgasse, passing Hotel Löwen; turn left after Haus Oberacher into Untergasse; drive for 20 m; you will then find our house on the right hand side: Untergasse 20.
Check-in
From 3:00 pm / 15:00 hrs on the day of arrival
Please contact us if you would like to arrive earlier on that day. In case of an arrival later than 08:00 pm / 20:00 hrs, please inform us in good time.
Check-out
Up to 10am on the day of your departure.
We kindly request you to settle your bill by the evening before the day of your departure.
Amenities

All apartments are equipped with: an oven with four hotplates, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, tea towels, hand towels, bath towels, bed linen, radio, cable television, internet, modem interface and a fax machine.
High chair / cot
Please let us know in advance if you need a high chair and/or a cot in your apartment. We will gladly provide it for you without any additional fee.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels
Will be provided for the complete duration of your stay and will be exchanged on request with no additional charges.
Internet/surfing
All apartments have a private wireless access point. The usage of the internet / WIFI is free of charge for the whole length of your stay.
Deposit/payment
All reservations will take effect only after a deposit has been received on our account. Please remit the amount (exact amount as requested in confirmation email) to our account; the bank account number will be given to you in the confirmation email as well. The final payment is due on the evening before your departure.
Pets
Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
Smoking
All our apartments are non-smoking. Please show consideration for our non-smoking guests by not smoking in the apartment.
Car parking
Please park your car right in front of the house on our private parking area for the duration of you stay. We do not charge for parking.
Guest card
A guest card will be provided on your arrival. You will receive benefits at several locations with this card for the duration of your stay. (Discount on ski pass or Super.Summer.Card, etc.)
Are there any restaurants nearby?
Various restaurants are within walking distance. We recommend the reservation of a table during the main season.
How far to the next supermarket?
Within just 3 minutes by foot you will reach a supermarket, a bakery, a tobacconist and a souvenir shop.
Serfaus Subway
The subway operates every 9 minutes between the stations Parkplatz (parking area) – Kirche (church) – Zentrum (centre) – Seilbahn (cable car). The Serfaus Subway is the world’s smallest underground hover cushion train.

How far is the next subway station?
The closest station is Kirche (church): approx. 200 meters, ca. 3 minutes.
Valley station cable cars: approx. 900 meters.
General ban on motorized traffic in Serfaus
During winter season, there is a general ban on motorized traffic in Serfaus. You may trive to our house on the day of your arrival with the confirmation letter you received from us in advance. With your guest card, which you will receive from us when you arrive, you may drive out of Serfaus and back to our house. There is a general ban on driving at nights during the summer season.
Depot for skis (winter)
At the cable car/ski lift valley station we can provide you with a private depot room for your skis. You can rent depots for equipment for 2 or 4 persons. There is enough space to store your skis, ski boots, helmets, poles and gloves.
Ski pass (winter)
You can purchase your ski pass directly on your day of arrival or your first day of skiing at the cable car valley stations.
Ski school (winter)
The Serfaus ski school offers both private coaching and group classes for skiing, snowboarding and cross country skiing. In addition to that, the ski school offers various classes on trend sports such as carving and telemark. For reservations or further information please visit their website.
Sport equipment rental (skis/ski boots) (winter)
There are several sport rental shops in Serfaus. A booking may be done on site or in advance on their websites. We recommend Joe’s Sportstadl in Serfaus.
It is also possible to deposit your rental equipment at a depot at the valley station.
