At the edge of the village of Serfaus,…
…we have built our holiday house on one of the sunniest spots on earth. This especially quiet and yet still central location is ideal to spend either a summer or winter holiday. Only a few steps away from the village centre and with the cross country trails and many beautiful winter paths all beginning in front of our house.

Our offer
Our holiday house is informal and friendly. We offer holiday apartments in various sizes for 2 to 6 persons. All apartments are modern, completely equipped and spacious enough to make your holiday comfortable.

Summer holiday in Serfaus
Our house is located at the starting point for many beautiful walks and hikes. The Matinesweg will lead you past lushmeadows to the vantage point above the Inntal valley in the direction of Reschenpass. The region of serfaus-Fiss-Ladis offers altogether a varied touring area for all levels. Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is the holiday region for families – not only in the winter! Also in the summer there is a lot on offer for the children: For children there is a specialized holiday program. In the Murmli-Club the children will experienceterrific adventure packages.

Our garden
At the house we have designed a 600 m2 large garden with a pond, summer house, children’s playground and sun bathing lawns. Sun beds, sun umbrella and toys are all provided in a garden surrounded by views of the mountains.

Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski region
On the sunny Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis plateau there is something for everyone: more than 210 km of slopes and lots of cross country trails are all well maintained. Modern lifts, high quality restaurants and the unique children’s attractions complete the package. In the winter the region has its own children’s drag lifts, a children’s truck, a children’s restaurant and specially trained ski teachers, as well as its own leisure world for the young ones.

Winter holiday in Serfaus
In the winter our house is located directly at the starting point for the cross country trails and numerous winter paths through the deep snow covered Tirolean landscape. Just a few steps away from the village centre (shops, restaurants, etc) as well as the stops for the Raika underground train, and the church. The unique Serfaus village underground train takes you in comfort to the lifts at the valley station. Our guests may use the ski depots there.
